Inadequate ant caps plus broken bearer.

Bearer needs to be packed and the ant cap replaced.

Gap between wall and floor junction causing air ventilation and thus inefficient heating and access to vermin.

Butt jointed flooring cause heating and cooling to be inefficient and can also cause illness to occupants.

Termite damage the size of a match was found using a Hawk Eye inspection.

Spa bath bedded with expandable foam which will sink when full and cause damage to grout.

Pier needs to be packed to underside of bearer.
